This policy covers data collected through the use of this website. Personal data means any information that identifies a user, directly or indirectly. Providing personal data requires a minimum age of 18 or sufficient legal capacity to contract.
Through the contact and quote request form we collect: full name, company, business email address, phone number, source market, destinations and services of interest, and the content of the message.
We may also process aggregated information about website usage for statistical and service improvement purposes, in accordance with our cookie policy.
3. Purposes of processing
The data provided is required for the following purposes:
- to handle and manage information requests, proposals and quotations for travel services;
- to manage the commercial relationship and the operation of accommodation, transfer, excursion and group bookings;
- to send commercial communications about our own products and services where there is a legal basis to do so;
- to comply with applicable legal, tax and accounting obligations.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subject, the consent given when submitting the form, the Company's legitimate interest in carrying out its B2B professional activity, and compliance with legal obligations.

Data is retained for as long as the commercial relationship continues and, thereafter, for the periods legally required to address any liabilities arising from the processing. Contact data used for commercial communications is retained until the data subject requests its deletion.

In order to provide the travel services requested, strictly necessary data may be shared with suppliers in destination (hotels, transport and transfer companies, guides and excursion providers) and with technology providers acting as data processors. Where services involve destinations outside the European Economic Area, such transfers are carried out with the safeguards set out in applicable regulations. No other disclosures are made except where legally required.
7. Your rights
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to info@nexiodmc.com or to the postal address indicated, providing proof of identity. Users may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

The Company applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, preventing the alteration, loss, unauthorised processing of or access to personal data.
